Returns policy
We accept returns on unwanted items within 14 days from delivery or collection as long as your item meets our return conditions. Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service so all returns will need to be at the buyers cost.
All returns need to be packaged appropriately so they arrive back to us without damage as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at glamour house fashion. We also advise you use a tracked postage as we cannot be held accountable for items lost in the post.
All items need to be returned in the original packaging with tags still attached or in the original shoe box.
We are not able to refund shipping costs as this covers the cost of the courier collecting and delivering the parcel to you.
Please take care when trying on items as we can refuse a return for the following reasons-
-items have been soiled with make up, fake tan or any other marks.
-items that have been worn or washed
-items with the tags removed
-items that are scented with perfume, body odour ect
-items that are damaged in anyway that is not seen as a manufacturing fault
Glamour House Fashion reserves the right to refuse a refund on any items that fall into the categories above or if we believe they have been washed or purposely damaged.
All items will be inspected on return.
We aim to process all returns within 7 days.
We will only give a refund on the original payment method.
All items will be refunded at the price they were purchased for.
We do not currently offer exchanges at this time.
Faulty or damaged items
Although every item is inspected before it is shipped out there may be an odd occasion something isn’t right, we will do our best to fix this for you.
Please contact us with photographic evidence within 48 hours or receiving your item, for all items that are deemed damaged or faulty on arrival we will cover the cost of postage for the return at the same shipping cost paid when ordering.
Please note only manufacturing faults will be fully refunded, we cannot accept liability for any customer damage including pulls, tears and lost buttons.
